Day 4

Ok, Ok. I took some liberties in posting time, but it was my birthday after all…

Arm day is the day of pain, suffering, and satisfaction. Nothing feels better than feeling the “pump” in your arms and feeling your arms full of blood. Arnold isn’t shitting you:

The exercises this time around were barbell curls, tricep extensions, supinating sitting dumbbell curls, and dips. I decided to due them in supersets just to mix it up. So I did 1×12 barbell curls immediately followed by 1×12 tricep extensions. Repeated 2 more times, and moved on to the other two exercises in the same fashion.

This was actually the first time I’ve really felt the tricep burn in doing dips. Since I don’t have parallel bars, I use my bench to dip from. I always thought the burn was felt at the bottom of the motion, but it’s actually at the top! You really need to tighten them when your arms are extended.

Still need to figure out diet… Sunday is weight day though.
